How to Clear Debt Review Flag

Debt Review Clearance

Debt review is a voluntary undertaking where a debt counsellor shall apply to court on your behalf for a debt review court order.
The debt counsellor will then notify the credit bureau that you have applied for debt review upon which the credit bureau shall place a debt review flag on your credit records.
In order to clear the debt review flag, the debt counsellor must issue a clearance certificate or you can apply to court for rescission of the debt review order.

PS: Clearance of debt review without a Clearance Certificate is complicated and you need a qualified debt review clearance expert/service provider to handle the clearance on your behalf.
